sis_session

Keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in, lasts 30 days, or until you close the browser if you did not tick “remember me”. It is HttpOnly, so no script can read it, and it is only sent over HTTPS to seeninsearch.com.

sis_oauth

Set for ten minutes while you are signing in with Google or GitHub, and deleted the moment you come back. It exists to prove the sign-in you complete is the one you started.

sis_workspace

Remembers which workspace you last opened, if your account has more than one. It lasts a year, is HttpOnly, and is a preference — it does not sign you in.

sis-theme

Not a cookie — a value in your browser’s local storage, remembering whether you chose light, dark or system. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us.

No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. We measure the product with a handful of events written to our own database, described in the privacy notice — not with a tracking script.

seeninsearch.com runs Cloudflare Turnstile on the scan form to keep bots out, and Cloudflare may set its own security cookies. They are used to tell a browser from a bot, not to profile you.

When you pay, the payment provider’s checkout may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those are covered by that provider’s own policy.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Clearing sis_session signs you out; clearing sis-theme puts the site back to following your system setting. Blocking them entirely means you cannot sign in — there is no other mechanism for it.
