Shipping & Delivery Policy

Seen in Search is software used in your web browser. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners, delivery addresses or delivery areas. You will not receive anything by post or courier.

• Your account. You sign in at seeninsearch.com with your work email. Everything you buy is available there.
• Paid plans. Your plan is added to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment — usually within a few minutes. You will see it on the Billing page.
• Reports. A report is built by asking AI tools a set of questions, so it takes some time. Most are ready within minutes; some can take longer when those tools are slow. We show progress in the app, and we email you when a report you started is ready.
• Receipts and invoices. These are sent to the email on your account, and where available you can also see them in Billing.
• Website changes. Where your plan includes changes to your own website, they are delivered through the connection you set up, after any approval the feature asks for. See our Terms.

If your plan does not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, or a report seems stuck, email [email protected] (or [email protected] for payment questions) with the email on your account and the date of payment. We will fix it or, if we cannot deliver what you paid for, refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
